This height gauge has an electronic microprocessor providing the ability to preset up to two reference heights at any position, hold data at any position, compensate for probe diameter, as well as set a temporary zero position and return to a true zero reading. The gauge has a plug to receive input from an electronic touch probe (not included) for efficient digital measurement. The scriber, used to mark a position on a workpiece, is 45.7mm x 150mm (H x L), carbide-tipped for hardness and to help prolong life, and is held to the gauge by a screw clamp for fastening ease.
